Sign in to your assigned environment

  1. Open console.antarixgrid.com.
  2. Sign in using the account details supplied through your agreed onboarding route.
  3. For VM access, select an environment assigned to your account and open its browser terminal.

If an expected environment is missing, contact the team. Access is assigned per environment; signing in does not create a new VM. Keep passwords and other credentials out of public enquiry messages.

How early-access provisioning works

  1. Share the workload. Tell us what you want to run, your resource and access needs, and any migration constraints.
  2. Review the proposal. We assess fit and capacity, then agree a configuration, INR quote and operational responsibilities with you.
  3. Receive your environment. Our team provisions it and arranges the agreed access. New VMs and configuration changes are handled by the team during early access.

Check networking before provisioning

Start with websites and web applications using a domain over HTTPS. Your assigned browser terminal does not provide a dedicated public IP, direct public SSH or arbitrary inbound ports. Game servers, VPN servers, mail servers and public database connections are not part of the current early-access offer.

Before accepting a proposal, review the VM networking limits and tell us about upload sizes, long requests, email delivery, external integrations and any fixed outbound IP requirement. Extra access methods and public-IP add-ons remain future options.

WordPress website access

Your hosting proposal defines website administration access, maintenance, backup and support responsibilities. VM-terminal access is a separate assignment; a WordPress hosting enquiry does not automatically include a VM shell.

Request help or a change

For missing access or a forgotten password, get account or sign-in help. Recovery is handled by our team during early access. For other service requests, use the contact form and explain which service or environment the request concerns. Describe the symptom and time it occurred, but do not include passwords or sensitive customer data. Review service availability, pricing and security information before onboarding.
